    PROJECT: Custom outdoor settings for sporting club CLIENT: North Gold Coast Touch SCOPE OF WORKS: Design, fabricate, colour powder-coat, and deliver new outdoor settings for the club

    North Gold Coast Touch approached Park Furniture Australia with a request for custom outdoor seating that would serve their club members and teams while aligning with the club’s identity. As a well-established touch football club, NGCT needed durable, high-quality seating that would accommodate large groups and endure the demands of an active sporting environment. 

    To meet their requirements, we supplied our PFA-204 Cardwell settings, each featuring an umbrella socket to provide shade and comfort for players and spectators. The 3-metre length of the settings was specifically chosen to accommodate entire teams, ensuring a practical and inclusive seating solution. 

    A key aspect of this project was the integration of NGCT’s club colours. Each setting was customised with a different frame colour, representing the various age levels within the club’s ranks. The colours—gold, steel, ice, black, ferns, fury, and fire—symbolise the progression of players through the club’s development system under the unified banner of “Phoenix.” This personalised approach created a strong visual identity for the club while enhancing team spirit and camaraderie. 

    The installation was completed in 2023, just in time for the club’s busy season. Our team ensured a seamless process from design and fabrication to final placement on-site. The PFA-204 Cardwell settings were built using premium materials, providing long-lasting durability against the elements while requiring minimal maintenance. 

    Even today, the settings remain in pristine condition, a testament to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. North Gold Coast Touch sporting club has been highly satisfied with the outcome, with the seating becoming a standout feature at their venue. By combining functionality, durability, and club identity, we delivered a solution that not only meets but exceeds the needs of the club and its members.
